Hey all,
I was doing some music production with my Korg monologue (I know, not a theremin but do I at least get half credit for an analog synthesizer?), and when I was done, I pulled out my 1/8" to 1/4" audio jack. Much to my dismay, I discovered that the tip had broken off inside of my Focusrite interface!!! I ended up peeling off the rubber feet, unscrewing the interface, and pushing the broken piece out with a paperclip from the inside. Luckily have had no problems with the interface since it went under the knife, because audio equipment is not cheap to replace. Long story short, do NOT go cheap on audio jacks. (The one that broke came free with my friends super super cheap headphones :/
