I have noticed several of our members wearing vests in their recent pictures.

I own a couple of vests but I've never been a vest man myself (except for this punk rock thing I had with zippers and snaps that made me look like a carny...)

Kevin's got htis cool leather thing going on while Thomas has a more traditional dressy look but Kip blew it out of the water iwth hi Etherwave Pro vest.

Lookslike I left one out.

It's also time for me to dig around in my closet. I know I have a couple of vests in there. One of them was even given to me by a band member who thought I should wear it at gigs.

I think I wore it once or twice to appease her but like I sai, I'm just not much of a vest guy.

I dont that its important what you are wearing.
It has nothing to do with the music, for gods sake.

You're right, I guess we should never talk about clothes. Ever. F**ksake.

I beg to differ. Clothes have little to do with the music, perhaps, but everything to do with the performance. They may even have a bearing on the electronics.

Are we not the wizards of pitch and volume (http://wosat.remulak.net/repository/Trailer.mov)? Do we not conjure music from thin air? Should we not present ourselves as such?

And what of practical considerations? Is gold lurex conductive? Would it affect the electromagnetic fields? Would the flapping of a wizard's sleeve throw one's intonation off? Why does Carolina Eyck play barefoot? If I wore support hose and a corset would I stand stiller?

I might have. I've got the legs for it, you know.

I don't think there's a theremin part in The Rocky Horror Show, but there should be.

You know, come to think of it, if I were to wear a corset I can think of no better way of concealing the fact than with a waistcoat.

Hmm. Perhaps some of us already thought of that...
