Hey now!
I think it was submitted by Jordan Davis. He hosts a monthly live talk show called The Million Poems Show( http://www.jordandavis.com/talkshow.html )at Bowery Poetry Club in NYC.
Stickerbook was the musical guest for the show that week (That explains the fancy get-up). The guy with the guitar, JJ Appleton (http://www.jjappleton.com/site/index.html), is the house band for the show. He asked me to improvise a theremin solo on that one song.
Yet another crowd of people who had never heard the theremin played (somewhat, save a few embarrassing misses) melodically.
