Silicon Chips Kit -- Little Help?

Hi there Thereminworld folks.

My fiancee and I recently watched the film "Theremin," and shortly thereafter she generously gifted me with a Silicon Chips kit. I put everything on the PCB to make sure I had everything, and when I was done, brought the kit to my fiancee's father, who has a background in electronics, to get some tips on soldering (I'm an absolute soldering/electronics newbie.) He started to mount the first few components - but either his soldering iron was too hot, or he was just out of practice - because the solder points started burning the board. A few of the etchings were damaged. We stopped there, fearing the worst, and I took the kit home and used a solder remover to take out the components.

Long story short, I'm not sure what to do now. Do you guys think that this board is toast, and if so, is there a supplier where I can find just the etched PCB? Or is there something I can do to fix this? Any help would be appreciated immensely. Here's a link to a picture of the damaged board:

Thanks! Mike

Hi

Well it certainly is damaged and almost definately by the heat of the soldering
iron.

But all is not lost, where abouts are you?
