does anyone know where i can get some Moog etherwave antennae that i could put on my Theremax?
i do not like the flimsy copper antennae that much. i just started playing, so they work for now.
if anybody has any information on a set of these and if so how much money am i going to need to spend.

Have you tried contacting Moog directly? They might supply the parts.

You can install them on your theremax. Or you can do what I did and make your own:

The larger antennas really improve the playability.

Hi -

I made them out of aluminum tubing.
Easy to bend, inexpensive, and works great.

also,

if yours is the one i read about, how did you reduce the octave range?? do you know where i can get instructions on how to do this.
and how did you make the inductance coil?

Hi -

I reduced the range by increasing the capacitor values in the oscillator tank circuits. As for the linearizing coil, I just used magnet wire and a piece of PVC pipe - you can use a cardboard tube also.
