Just ordered an Etherwave

Wohoooo...
My wife is the coolest! I asked her "Is it allright if I borrow some of out savings to buy a Theremin".
She said.. "Sure, but only if I can buy a digital drumset later".

Well... Allright!

So, I've been checking out theremins for about 5 years, and managed to get to try one once. Finally I will get one of my own!

I ordered the Etherwave Kit, and hopefully I'll get it this week. Can't wait!

My Wife just took the ear-plugs she bought to damper my snoring, to the better use of finding refuge from my aweful Theremin rendering!

When I was allowed to buy my Etherwave, it was a "conditio sine qua non" that I bought a small headphone amp + headphones with it...

Finally I'm not so unlucky with this obligation. I may practice at 2 AM if I want, and laying the headphones down on the volume antenna is a perfect replacement for the non-existent muting switch...
