For folks who have tried updating your user profile image over the past year or so... I finally got this fixed tonight. Please let me know if you are still unable to update your image.
For people who don't know what I'm talking about, you must first register to get a user profile. Then you can upload a small 100x100 (max size) picture to represent you in the forums.
