great. Does that mean the concert is open to everybody, and not just the workshop, and week end attendants ??
because I can't come to the all hands off event, but maybe just to the concert...

Yes, it does mean the concert is open to everybody. We want the event to be as inclusive as possible, and this is our way of opening it up to people who cannot take time from work, or who do not want quite such an intensive experience. This is why we made the concert an afternoon rather than an evening event - so people could travel a fair distance to and from the event on the same day if they wanted to.

You could come by train. Bushey Station (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushey_railway_station) is only 2.25 kilometres (1.4 miles) from Purcell School.

Here (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&hl=en&geocode=&saddr=WD19+4EA&daddr=WD23+2TS&sll=51.654856,-0.398203&sspn=0.107989,0.233459&ie=UTF8&om=1&t=h&z=14) is the route from the station to the school on Google Maps.

(Or you could find some friends who you think might enjoy it - including one with a car - and travel together.)

This is outrageously good value for money - several of the World's Greatest Thereminists at one event for less than the price of a couple of drinks!

Any electronic music enthusiast within 50 miles of this and not attending without a damn good reason really should consider having their heads examined.

If I wasn't already going to the whole event, then I'd cheerfully make the 900 mile round trip to see this!

And - after tomorrow, it is the only option. Purcell School need to know how much accommodation to provide.

So - if you are minded to come to the whole symposium book right now!
