I've been in the market for a new, reliable theremin. I want to get better at playin the device as an instrument, rather than just for sound effects (I've allready got a pretty good handle on making random noise...). As such, I need a theremin that will work for music - anyone got a spare moog lying aroung they're willing to part with?

I've contacted Kees, and there just aren't any available right now. It's a shame, too, because $250 would be the max I'm able to spend right now, which is about the cost of the unit plus shipping. The etherwaves are nice, but out of my pricerange when new... And I'm not sure if the Jaycar ones will be reliable enough for me to play musically (although, I don't know much about how well they perform after all the mods). If you know anyone with a decent 'min for sale, please let me know.
