Hi,
I am in France and I'm trying to build a replacement PSU from a 15VAC AC/AC adapter available here.
I've already read the old Etherwave PSU threads, including:
- DIY power supply for Etherwave
- Better power supply for Etherwave
- Battery supply for EW
But not sure about how to apply this knowledge
My Etherwave is:
- Serial 8669
- PCB 11-221 Rev E
After tracing the board I found:
- Grey and white wires go to the power switch and are the two AC inputs.
- Green is GND.
Before wiring the DIN plug, I'd just like to confirm one thing:
Does the Rev E Etherwave require:
A) a simple 14-15VAC two-wire supply
or
B) a 2x7.5VAC centre-tapped transformer supply ?
If A is correct, could someone confirm which DIN pins are AC, AC and GND?
