Converting the modular version of the OpenTheremin 4.5 to standalone

Hello,

I have a modular version of the OpenTheremin 4.5, which works well, but I'd like to convert it to the standard, standalone version.

As far as I can see, it has the necessary connectors on the PCB (USB, audio) - the only thing I can tell it would need are the connectors to the board for the antennas, which is a part I can't identify. Also, I am not sure if the tripod mount is part of the PCB, or the 3D printed case...

If anyone knows, or if I am misunderstanding or forgetting any steps pertaining to what might be needed to do this, I would appreciate it. 

The connectors from board to antenna are these kind of Banana plug. 
The trick is to use the 4mm hole (normaly use to connect another banana plug) to screw it to the PCB.
