Hi -
I was recently given a theremin in need of a power supply. I found a 14VAC power supply - but it doesn't have a DIN connection.
The "Understanding, Customizing, and Hot-Rodding" manual shows a 5-pin DIN connector with the first, third, and fifth pins feeding what I believe is inside the box - a set of regulators to produce +/- 12VDC.
Being that I will need to wire up my own DIN connector, I am a little confused about what pins I'm looking at (is the DIN in the manual front-or-back facing?) - and are there any polarity issues in connecting the two wires from the power supply here?
Any more information or recommendations about this would also be helpful.
