Who owns the rights to this photo of Clara Rockmore?

I've had a request from a book publisher looking for a high resolution copy of this photo.  Anyone know who owns the original?

It's likely been used in a biography of Rockmore or Theremin in which case a browse of the photo credits therein should provide the answer.

I can't put my hand on my own stuff at the moment to look it up but you'd think a book publisher could arrange for somebody to visit a well-stocked library and do that.
