Etherwave Pro gets wallnut back!

I just stopped by moogmusic.com and they've posted a nice angle profile shot of the Etherwave Pro sporting it's dark wallnut wood back. It really look NICE! I want one! But I've been told that this series will be a short run of about 80 of the wooden backed Pros this year, and that's it for this version of the Pro. Oh, get ready for some major sticker shock. It's up to 1579 bucks. Perhaps cheaper through dealers.

That price does indeed include the gig bag. That explains things.

I wnat one but it sure is hard to justify the outlay.

Maybe if my Standard starts making a lot more money I can swing it.

Right now there are not a whole lot of gigs around these parts....

Oh well, I'd have to hear it to know for sure. But then I'm no expert on critique where theremins are concerned. I mean, I sounded like a cat fight in a sewer pipe for a week before I could make reasonable scales.
