Any guides for this kit?

I purchased a theremin kit from this site http://thereminkits.com/uksales.html?gk&gclid=CKKWgqfojpECFRdciAodSl7C_g a little while back, the thing is I really don't know where to start with it's construction. My electrical knowledge pretty much extends to replacing the fan unit in my computer and a few years of extremely basic systems lessons at the lower end of high school (before we specialise in any subjects). I can use a soldering iron.

Basically I was wondering if there's an idiots guide for this kit anywhere online? Or if any of you would be kind enough to take me through it, step by step? It's for part of a school project so I do need to get it done. Thanks alot!
